- Retention: Duration of business relationship. Requests to be forgotten are honored via deletion from HubSpot.
Clients & Associated Individuals
- Collection: Necessary personal data from clients or third parties
- Use: Event information, admin, client management, engagement, compliance
- Retention: Typically 12 years unless required otherwise
Job Applicants
- Refer to the application process for how Personal Information is managed.
Journalists
- Collection: Name, contact info from PR databases or events
- Use: Press releases, events, internal communications
- Retention: Until no longer necessary or upon request
Suppliers (incl. Contractors)
- Collection: Name, contact info for service provision

- Retention: Usually 12 years unless legally required otherwise
